Last Day in Thailand!!!

Sawadi Kah! Wow, it's finally come to an end. Todd and I are on our last day in Thailand. It's all so bittersweet really. This has truly been the trip of a lifetime. We have been on many adventures and made a lot of memories. I am going to miss the beach the most and the $10 massages. Thailand has some of the most exquisite beaches. We are not looking forward to coming home to 10 degree weather and sleepless nights, but we are so excited to see our family and friends!!! Today we are going to say goodbye to the beach and ocean, get our last massage and enjoy our last dinner at The Cliff restaurant. Then we're leavin'on a jet plane. Hopefully Mt. Redoubt won't blow her top until after we get home safely. Thank you to everyone who has kept up with us on this trip. I am so looking forward to the next one that we take. Todd and I have been thinking about Cape Town, Africa or Mexico City, Mexico for our next adventure. . . . . We'll leep ya posted. Take care and we'll see you at home.
All our love,
Todd and Angela

More Photos . . .

Here are a few random photos to check out. This is "Sophia, the beach dog" that greets us everyday we hang out at the beach. There are photos of us enjoying wine at our favorite Italian place, local tropical flowers, and a lot of random things that we see in the streets. Enjoy. :)

Livin the thai life

Can you blame us? What else are we to do when we've seen all of Thailand and the sun taunts us every morning? We have found our dream spot. We are still in Koh Samui and we are loving it!
We have found a hidden beach that not many people know about. Our days now consist of us waking up to the sun. as we have taken to sleeping with our shades and open, so when the sun comes up, so do we. Then we shower and head downstairs to the breakfast of champions. Then it is a 1 minute ride on our motor scooter to the secret beach and then we lay in the sun and play in the waves from about 11 in the am til 4or 5 in the pm and then it is back to the room for a shower and the nightlife on the town. Todd has also made friends with a man who owns a pirate movie store so he gives us deals on dvds. we have seen every movie that is out in theaters. For about 5 dollars for the movie and 2 beers and a bag of popcorn. The thai life is sweet, and as we wind down our trip, we are missing our friends and family. The sun and ocean is nice, but we are ready to be back home to hang out with our friend Sheron at dami, or go out with Nick and Lo-jo. To sit at home and watch horrible tv shows with my dad, or go to Angela house to eat with her family and their incredible cooking. Vacations are fun, but there is truely no place like home.

Post for my poppa

We would like to a minute to give thanks and recognition to a great man. A person that is not only great ly supportive to our relationship, but also is our roomate and great friend. I am talking of my father. Kim Glidewell, today he turns 54 years old. He is a successful businessman, an amazing grandfather, and a landmark of a dad. He makes me want to be a better man and gives me a rock to go to whenever something is wrong or troubling me, and is a mentor in times of confusion. He is the most amazing person to me, and I hope he enjoys this, as I couldnot be there with him on his birthday. I love you with all of my heart pops. Thankyou for being my best friend and such an amazing father.

your son,

-Todd
